  • Provide access to the Event via Zoom.
    Process purchases/donations via Shopify & Stripe.
  • Manage giveaways/referrals via Viral Loops.
  • Send communications via Brevo.
  • Contact giveaway winners.
  • Improve Event operations and marketing.
  • Promote future events, including using your Event-related content (see Publicity Rights).

3. Sharing of Information

We may share your data with:

  • Shopify & Stripe (transactions & payments).
    Zoom (streaming access).
  • Brevo (email).
  • Viral Loops (giveaways/referrals).
  • Shipping providers (order fulfillment).
  • Legal authorities when required. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

  • Transaction records (Shopify/Stripe) are retained for legal compliance.
  • Registration and participation data may be retained up to 24 months post-Event.
  • Content used for marketing may be retained indefinitely.

We rely on Shopify, Stripe, Zoom, Brevo, and Viral Loops’ security measures. While we use reasonable safeguards, you acknowledge that no system is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights & Choices

  • You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
  • You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
  • Certain information (e.g., payment records) must be retained by law.
